Terms of Sale
The Terms of Sale apply when booking services with Fleet Shine Solutions. By booking, you agree to these terms.
Packages
Fleet Shine Solutions offers various wash options for different vehicle types. Prices and package contents may change without notice.
Payment Terms & Conditions
Payment is due upon service completion. Fleet Shine Solutions accepts cash, debit, or credit card. A collection process will start 48 hours after a declined card.
Booking Terms & Conditions
Customers should remove all valuables from their vehicle before detailing. We are not liable for any damage to personal property. Damage claims are limited to the cost of the service. A card may be used to secure the booking.
Late Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance. A $40 fee applies if canceled within 48 hours.
Satisfaction Policy
Claims of poor service must be made within 24 hours. Fleet Shine Solutions will redo any unsatisfactory work at no charge.
Appointment Time
Please allow a 30-90 minute arrival window due to traffic or other delays.
Coupon & Referral Policy
Referral credits may be earned, but combining them with other discounts is not allowed.
